Trust transactions comprise targeted management of client's assets . Trust transactions are based on mutual agreement between the Bank and the Customer on administration of different assets placed in trust management.

Each transaction is being carefully discussed and co-ordinated with the customer. The core of a Trust transaction implies the customer to gain all the profit while the Bank carries out all the transactions in its own name.

The most popular types of Trust transactions in Parex Banka:

• Loaning or financing a project from funds placed in trust management;
• Capital investment (e.g., in money market deposits) from funds placed under Trust management;
• Targeted investments in financial instruments;
• Funds use for other purposes defined by the Customer.

Requirements for trust transaction application:

• Bank`s clients have to negotiate conditions and rules of trust transactions with Trust Operations Group specialists to draw up a trust transaction agreement;
• The additional condition for new clients – to open a current account at Parex Banka.
