Parex Strategic Allocation Funds

Latvian Financial and Capital Markets Commission has registered Parex Strategic Allocation Funds (hereinafter as Fund) on August 24, 2007. The Fund aims at achieving long term capital growth by investing in those investment funds that are mainly registered in the European Union and the countries of OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development).

Robert Idelson, the President of Parex Asset Management comments: “We expect that this product will be primarily most interesting for small investors, as it offers actively managed strategies with various risk levels. All the client needs to do is choose the acceptable risk level – the rest will be done by PAM specialists.”

The Fund is the first one in Latvia to have several sub-funds. It will have an active investment strategy by investing in the funds of leading international asset management companies in various regions of the world, with different risk levels. The Fund comprises of 6 sub-funds with different risk levels: 3 of them have EUR as a basis currency and 3 are in USD:
