How to start trading?

	To start trading the financial instruments you need to sign with Parex Banka a Contract on opening of a financial instruments account and performance of financial instruments transactions.
	You can conclude the Contract at Parex banka Head Office in Riga, 3 Smilshu Str. or any of the Bank's branches or representative offices.
	To open a securities account an individual has to present a passport. Companies have to present: original or notarized copy of the Statutes of the company original or notarized copy of the registration certificate of the company notice from the Enterprise Register on the signatory powers original or notarized copy (power of attorney) of Minutes of the Constituent Assembly.
	You transfer the sum needed for purchasing of financial instruments to your Funds account (it is opened automatically together with your Financial instruments account) and order Parex banka to execute the transaction (all the transfers can be made from home, using Parex Internet banking).
	Should you have sufficient funds or number of financial instruments at your disposal (depending on the transaction — sale or purchase), Parex banka will accept your request and execute it at the best possible price.
	Parex banka will confirm the completion of the transaction upon the conclusion of the trade.
