To open a corporate account in our bank, you will need to
		complete our paperwork. It consists of a set of account agreement forms to be completed and signed, and a specimen signature card to be signed and notarized, together with your passport copy, whith notary certification SUPPLIED WITH AN APOSTILLE. To get the paperwork and completing guide, please contact our client service, mentioning your citizenship and the country of residence. 		present copies of company documents. Required are the Certificate of Incorporation (Formation) with the apostille of the incorporation country, the statutory document (M&A, operational agreement or bylaws), the appointment of directors, and the powers of attorney, if applicable. Each power of attorney should contain the date of birth and passport number of the person to whom the power of attorney is issued. If it is an offshore company incorporated over a year ago, a Certificate of Good Standing has to be supplied as well. Copies of company paperwork also have to be notarized and SUPPLIED WITH AN APOSTILLE. Alternatively, you could send us originals that will be witnessed and returned. If the company documents or notarizations are not in English an official translation of such items is required. It is also important that the company documents should present a consequent delegation of powers from company subscribers and executives to the persons who will operate the company account;
		pay an account opening fee (see below).

An account is opened within 2—3 days after receipt of the satisfactory account paperwork.

The account opening costs consist of:

• the account opening fee ($100);
• the online banking tool chosen. For fax banking and unrestricted online banking, Parex banka provides a Digipass signature calculator ($50). For restricted online banking with LVL 5000 or other currency equivalent one-time limit and LVL 15000 or other currency equivalent daily limit a Code Card (plastic card with a set of fixed authorization codes) is offered free of charge;
• debit card issuance is $50 (optional)
• courier delivery of the account package is at least $50.

So, for instance, a “light” account set (account + restricted Internet banking with code card + delivery) costs $150, whereas a “full” set of account + Digipass + debit card + delivery costs $250.
