The Large Customers Service Department carries out customized market analyses and helps clients to streamline their financial decisions and minimize costs.
To support the most valuable asset in each company, its people, Parex banka offers bank cards, pension management facilities and other services.
Companies of all sizes use Parex Internet banking facility DIGI::FIRMA for easy transactions and account maintenance.
For 2003 the following events represent significant advances in customer service:
- the corporate electronic payments system, DIGI::FIRMA, was launched;
- flexible payment card programmes were made available;
- the bank’s regional employees attended an intensive training course resulting in a broadened scope of branch authority to deal with the needs of corporate clients.
