Parex Express Credit (formerly Parex Leasing) was founded on 23 December, 1994. Consumer goods financing is the core business of Parex Express Credit. The demand for consumer loans still remains strong.

In order to be competitive and successful in this market segment, the Company continues to offer favourable lending terms and conditions. In comparison to most products in the consumer lending market, Parex Express Credit provides one of the lowest interest rates as well as no charges or extra commission fees for loan processing and control.

Financing offered by Parex Express Credit is available in almost all regions of Latvia; loan agreements can be drawn up in 390 shops and 22 branches of Parex banka in all major Latvian cities. The Company has 239 cooperation agreements concluded with consumer goods retailers.
