Parex Group: Leasing

Parex Group offers various leasing services through the wide network of leasing companies in the Baltic States and CIS countries, namely:

• Estonia,
• Lithuania,
• Russia,
• Ukraine,
• Belarus,
• Azerbaijan,
• Georgia

Parex Group has been providing leasing services in Estonia and Lithuania since 2003. In 2005, the Group has acquired a number of leasing companies in CIS countries. Those companies are based in Moscow and St. Petersburg (Russia), Kiev (Ukraine), Minsk (Belarus), Baku (Azerbaijan) and Tbilisi (Georgia).

In 2007, the Parex banka’s network continued to operate successfully in Russia and the CIS markets. The total lending portfolio of the Parex leasing companies in Russia and CIS markets (Parex Leasing in Moscow, Express Leasing in Saint Petersburg, Parex Leasing in Minsk, Parex Leasing and Factoring in Baku and Laska Leasing in Ukraine) achieved growth of 37%, reaching EUR 150 million.
Car leasing – currently the safest form of credit exposure in CIS, is one of the primary leasing activities in that region.
