Parex banka's branch (Estonia)

Parex banka opened a representative office in Tallinn in 2001 and upgraded it into a fully operational branch in 2004.

In October 2007, Parex banka opened its customer service centre in Estonia, thus continuing the Bank’s expansion in the country. The customer service centre is located in the Eastern part of the country – in one of the largest cities in Estonia called Narva. The service centre offers its clients a product portfolio designed to meet their needs represented by a wide range of banking products for both private and corporate clients including deposits, loans, factoring and leasing.

In July 2008, Parex banka opened its fully operational customer service centre in southern part of Estonia – in the city Tartu.

Up to 2007 the main target audience of Parex banka in Estonia covered small and medium size enterprises. From autumn 2007 the Bank has starting to move from the “Business Bank” concept towards full service universal bank. The future plans for the Bank in Estonia include opening up new client service centres, implementing new products and expanding the range of services.

Parex banka offers to its clients a full package of banking services, including lending, deposits, leasing and factoring, servicing of current accounts, domestic and international payments, currency exchange and online banking.
One of the main strengths of Parex banka is the flexible approach towards its customer's needs. Instead of standard agreements the bank offers individual conditions appropriate for each client.
