PAM Ukraine (PAM Ukraine)( Presentation), registered in Ukraine in 2004, is a part of the Latvian financial group Parex. The statutory capital of the company is EUR 1 200 000. The company has received the license from the Ukrainian State Commission of Securities and Stock Market (SCSSM), allowing to provide the asset management of mutual investment funds and private pension funds. The value of net assets under management of PAM Ukraine constitutes over 450 million UAH. PAM Ukraine manages two open-ended funds – “Parex Ukrainian Balanced Fund” and “Parex Ukrainian Bond Fund”, and a closed-and investment venture fund “Parex Ukrainian Real Estate Fund”, as well as target “turn key” funds. In addition, PAM Ukraine administrates and manages the assets of 4 open pension funds.
