Parex Investicijų Valdymas UAB is an asset management company with the License No. VĮK-007 issued by the Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania on 22 April 2004 to operate under the Law on Collective Investment Undertakings

Parex Investicijų Valdymas is licensed to carry out the following services:

• investment funds’ management;
• management of investment companies with variable capital;
• management of investment portfolios;
• supplementary pension funds’ management ;
• management of funds for accumulation of the part of the state social insurance contribution;
• management of collective investment undertakings of limited distribution;
• investment advisory;
• safe-keeping and handling of mutual funds investment certificates or shares of investment companies with variable capital.
